Lasix, also known as Furosemide is one of the strongest diuretics. It is used by certain bodybuilders right before a competition when they are having a really difficult time losing that last bit of water retention. Though it is usually not used by most bodybuilders since this diuretic is simply too strong and tends to cause the body to lose too much water. It is also not potassium sparing.
